Returns & refunds
We want you to love your NestKit purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to make it easy.
Return eligibility
We accept returns on all eligible orders within 30 days of the delivery date. To qualify, items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
Items that have been used, washed, assembled, or are missing parts are not eligible for return.
US returns only
At this time, NestKit only accepts returns from customers located within the United States. We are unable to accept international returns or process refunds for orders shipped outside the US.
If you placed an order from outside the US and have an issue with your item, please contact our support team and we will do our best to find a resolution on a case-by-case basis.
How to start a return
Email us at support@nestkit.org with your order number and reason for return.
We will respond within 1–2 business days with your approved return label and instructions.
Ship the item back using the provided label. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
If your item arrived damaged or defective, please email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Non-returnable items
The following items cannot be returned: items marked as final sale, gift cards, and orders returned after the 30-day window.
