Shipping information

We ship directly from our fulfillment partners to your door. No storefronts, no middlemen — just your order, on its way.

Processing time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Delivery windows are estimates and may vary based on carrier delays, customs, or your location. During peak seasons (holidays, sale events), delivery may take slightly longer than usual.

Tracking your order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery in real time. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after your shipment confirmation email.

If your tracking hasn't updated after 5 business days, contact us at support@nestkit.org and we'll look into it.

Lost or delayed packages

If your package has not arrived within 20 days of your ship date, please reach out to us. We will investigate with the carrier and, if confirmed lost, issue a replacement or full refund.

NestKit is not responsible for delays caused by customs, natural events, or carrier disruptions beyond our control.

Incorrect address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are unable to redirect packages once they have shipped. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you and may require a reshipping fee.
